The website uses cookies for functionality that is strictly necessary for services that are explicitly requested by the user for their session as per Regulation 5(5), SI 336 of 2011 (the ePrivacy Regulations).

This website uses session cookies. Session cookies are used to deliver the basic functions of a website i.e. to allow pages to remember technical changes or selections you may make between pages. Session cookies are temporary cookies and are generally erased when you close your browser. Centaur does not store session cookie related data.

The only third‐party cookies used by Centaur relate to Google Analytics and YouTube. None of their types of cookies are stored on the website. These cookies are used for tracking analytic data, which is not specific to any individual web user. None of the information gathered could be used to identify an individual visitor of the Centaur website. Centaur website visitors will be asked to consent to the use of Google Analytical and YouTube cookies. Some data which cannot identify a web user is sent to the United States.

The information obtained by the third‐party cookies are stored on the individual’s own web browser.
Generally, an individual user’s own web browser should offer the choice to accept, refuse or delete
cookies from the Centaur website.

Centaur website visitors can also customise their consent preferences. However, Centaur website only uses necessary Cookies and third‐party Cookies as described in section 2.

Once consent is provided for the first time it does not need to be obtained for future visits to the Centaur website. However, every six months, visitors of the web site will be asked to reconfirm their consent.

Cookies that are required for essential functionality of the website do not require consent. This policy is available to read to all web visitors. It is displayed at the bottom of the Centaur home page.
