Meet Vi Pham. She is part of our Investor Services team where she assists in managing investor relationships. Her responsibilities include responding to investor requests for information, helping create documents like tracking reports and overseeing any investor change requests.

What’s the best thing about being an Investor Services Associate?
"The team - everyone is very approachable & welcoming from the start. They are always there to help out if needed and good work relationships with my colleagues really helps the work day go by a lot faster and easier!"
What is your favorite thing about working at Centaur?
"Definitely the company culture! From the very first time I interviewed with Centaur, I noticed it was a positive and supportive environment to work in, all your colleagues and managers are always supportive of your progression etc. within the company."
What has been your favorite Centaur event?
"The Centaur 10 year anniversary party. I was lucky to start my job and the following day got to attend the 10 year anniversary party and join in on the celebrations, what a way to meet everyone in Centaur!"
How does your team stay close while working remotely?
"Like many companies, Teams have been the most effective way to stay connected with everyone throughout the pandemic, we have morning calls which is a way to check in and catch up with everyone."
What is your ideal start to your day?
"A morning walk is an ideal way to start the day for me, getting some fresh air before starting a busy day in work was a great way to get motivated and productive while working from home!"
