Centaur Named Best in Client Service for Third Consecutive Year

Centaur Fund Services is delighted to have been named ‘Best Administrator - Client Services’ for the third year running at the 2021 HFM US Services Awards.
The company is particularly proud to have been hailed Best Administrator in Client Services due to the outstanding client service it has delivered throughout the challenging last year. Centaur has always delivered strong performance in its client service with its clients overwhelmingly reporting an excellent level of satisfaction with the firm. The numbers speak for themselves: A significant number of Centaur’s clients have been transitioned from an alternative fund administrator and the level of client service is so high that Centaur has never lost a client since its inception in 2009.

This is the fourth year that Centaur has received an award at this prestigious ceremony. Centaur was also shortlisted in the ‘Best Administrator - Fund of Hedge Funds’ category. This win comes on the back of Centaur’s recent win at the HFM European Awards, where the firm was named Best Administrator, Fund of Hedge Funds.
Presented by HFM, the market leader in sector intelligence, these awards recognize and reward those hedge fund service providers that have demonstrated exceptional innovation, customer service and business performance over the past 12 months.
