Centaur grows UK base with Senior Private Equity hire
Dublin / New York, May 26, 2021
Centaur Fund Services, a leader in fund administration and fiduciary services, today announced the appointment of Peter O’Hara as Business Development, Private Equity Europe, based out of its London office.
Peter joins Centaur to focus on Private Equity and Real Estate (PERE), assisting existing and prospective Centaur clients with new product launches from planning to implementation. Since 2015, Peter has gained experience in the nuances of both onshore and offshore funds structures, regulated and unregulated; furthered with experience in corporate vehicles such as DAC's and SPC's across multiple jurisdictions.
Peter’s appointment follows hot on the heels of Gareth Davies’ appointment this month as Head of Client Services, PERE Europe and two senior hires in Centaur’s North American PERE business in January. These significant new appointments on both sides of the Atlantic highlight Centaur’s commitment to Private Equity clients, backed by the firms heavy investment in PE leading technology developed specifically to support Centaur’s Private Equity clients.
