Centaur Fund Services is celebrating ten years of exceptional fund administration with a series of celebrations taking place in North America and Europe. The final celebration took place in Hamilton, Bermuda last Wednesday.

Centaur is a leading independent fund administrator with offices in the United States, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman and Europe. The firm has been operating in Bermuda since 2016 where it has experienced substantial growth to become the top fund administrator in the region. Bermuda is a key strategic location for Centaur and acts as an important servicing office, primarily for North American based clients.

Since its inception, Centaur Bermuda has surpassed all expectations and has expanded its service offering beyond Hedge Fund administration to include Insurance-linked securities (ILS) and Private Equity (PE) services.

• Centaur’s ILS Service has grown from strength to strength since its inception two years ago. Centaur has the essential expertise and experience to service sophisticated ILS structures and are on hand to deliver customizable solutions for clients.
• Centaur has invested in technology to automate the accounting process for ILS funds, Reinsurance companies and Private Equity funds and has expanded its team by hiring talented ILS & PE staff in our newly launched Canadian office.
• Centaur PE has become a major driver of business growth for the firm and is well positioned to meet the growing demands of PE funds.
