Centaur Fund Services, a leading independent fund administrator, is pleased to announce that Richard Johnson has joined the firm’s New York office. Centaur enters 2019 on the back of substantial success in 2018 and looks forward to the continued expansion of its services in North America. Richard will be pivotal to this growth as he takes on the role of Head of Business Development for Centaur U.S.
Richard has held senior positions in the Alternative Investment Industry since 2001. Richard has experience in all aspects of the Alternative Investment Fund Industry through senior operational and portfolio management roles at Cramer Berkowitz, Stratix Asset Management and Quad Capital. Prior to joining Centaur Richard held a Senior Business Development role at Koger Inc. collaborating with Global Alternative Investment Funds and their complex operational requirements. Richard said “I’m really thrilled to join Centaur at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth.
