Centaur joins the BVCA as a professional services member in recognition of its status as a fund administrator to the Private Equity industry. Centaur has seen exponential growth in demand for independent administration services from Private Equity firms for multiple reasons. From Investor demands for greater independence and transparency to increased regulatory pressures and technology requirements, the sector is evolving rapidly.

“The Private Equity market is rapidly changing as Private Equity firms are realising the benefits of outsourcing their administration services,” says Karen Malone, Founding Partner of Centaur Fund Services. “As funds become more complex and regulatory pressure increases, Centaur is well established and positioned to service this vibrant and dynamic industry. In fact, we are on track to becoming a leading fund administrator in the Private Equity industry within the next five years.”

Karen also attended the BVCA Summit in October 2017 in London where global investors, business leaders, regulators and policy-makers came together to discuss a variety of topics such as latest market developments, investment strategies and business intelligence.
