Centaur Fund Services recently conducted a Client Survey to gather feedback on the services provided across our business. We are delighted to see the results overwhelmingly show that our clients enjoy outstanding levels of service from our dedicated teams:
- Excellent overall satisfaction with Centaur: 96% of surveyed clients indicated a high level of satisfaction with the firm with 98% of respondents likely to recommend Centaur’s services.
- The most experienced team in the industry: Centaur’s strength lies in its people, who are thoroughly focused on delivering excellent client service. Of those surveyed, 96% said that the knowledge and experience of Centaur’s service team were excellent or very good, 98% stated that the service team were responsive and 96% said they were easily contactable with a communication rating of 94%.
- High service quality: Centaur’s system capabilities were rated at 84% which reflects Centaur’s continuing investment in innovation, technology and security. Our focus in this area has contributed to our four-year consecutive run of being named Best Administrator - Client Services at the HFM US Services awards.
- Accessible senior management team: 89% of those surveyed said that Centaur’s senior management team are responsive. This team has worked together since 1997 and bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to Centaur, dedicated to providing hands on support and guidance to their client base.
- Value for money. Centaur’s clients consider their services to be great value for money. Our fee transparency was rated at 89% and fee competitiveness came in at 87%.
With an overall satisfaction rating of 96% Centaur is committed to continuing our focus on providing the highest levels of service in the industry. One of our clients summed it up by saying that Centaur consists of “Highly focused, approachable, individuals within a coherent team with strong IT.”
